Oops! I've entered the wrong delivery address on an order!
If you accidentally added the wrong shipping address or a partially incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible at contact@maasa.store with the order number and the correct address in full, and we will do our best to rectify this situation.
Some orders on our site may get processed as soon as an hour after being placed, so we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to change an address. Please be sure to double check your order details before checkout to avoid any disappointment or delay.
Can I cancel my order?

What are the shipping and delivery times?
Our shipping and delivery times vary depending on the location of the shipping address. Most orders will be shipped in 3 business days. Delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 2 to 5 Business days
- Canada: 10 to 15 Business days
- Everywhere else: 10 to 30 Business days
