  • We accept returns on all eligible unused items within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

What items are eligible for a return?

All unused items are eligible for a return except those listed below under ‘Non-Returnable Items’. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Items marked as ‘Final Sale’
  • Customized items

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at contact@maasa.store within 7 calendar days of receiving your package with the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • Product(s) you are shipping back to us
  • Return reason

We will then provide you with a return confirmation statement which should be included in the return package. See ‘Shipping’ section below for more information.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  We are not responsible for returns sent to manufacturer.

How are refunds processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, 10 business days.

What if I want to exchange an Item?

Exchanges are processed as returns. Please return the item that you do not want, and place a new order for the item that you do want.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
